Call for Abstracts

The WeSchool – AIM International Research Conference welcomes conference participants to send the abstracts of their research papers to research committee for reviewing purpose. The abstracts should be two or three pages length, 12 font size, Times new roman style, double line spaced and not more than 1200 words. The review committee shall review the abstracts and revert back before the scheduled timeframe to facilitate the authors to complete the full paper. The reviewers may even ask the authors to make some changes in their research work / writing to improve it further to make it appropriate for the conference.
Research abstracts must include title, author, purpose, methodology, results, and implications for Marketing academics / practice. Authors are welcome to submit more than one abstract for review. If accepted, at least one of the authors or designate must register for the conference.

  • The case may be based on primary or secondary sources
  • If based on primary source, consent/clearance to publish the case will be required from the company/organisation/individual.
  • On acceptance, authors are required to submit a teaching note


Practising white papers

This category shall be opted by practicing executives. The authors may choose an innovation/strategy that they have adopted in their organization which can offer good learnings to academic fraternity and student community. The authors should describe the main target population, the objectives and activities, the main challenges faced and the main obtained results. The practicing papers can be descriptive in nature and need not be empirical.

Selection Process

The research papers / case studies submitted will go through double blind review process and the comments from the reviewers, if any, will be made known to the authors. The papers selected by the review panel will be published in the conference website along with information to the respective authors. In case of abstracts submission, the same process will be followed for both abstract and full paper once it is received. After receiving your registration form and payment, we will send you confirmation by Email or letter. It will include a list of sessions in which you are enrolled.

Publication of Conference Proceedings

The papers will be blind reviewed before it is selected for presentation in the conference. The extended abstracts of all the selected papers will be published by a leading publishers as research proceedings with ISSN / ISBN number.

Poster Presentations

There is a provision for papers / cases which are cleared by review committee but could not be accommodated for presentation can be presented in the form of poster presentations. Even these papers will be published in the conference proceedings.
